In this tutorial you will learn how to create this tag:

Ok, first thing, open a new document and find a nice stock to use.

Now duplicate that layer, move it to a different spot and get out some nice splatter brushes and start erasing with them. Turn the opacity and fill down to what looks best on your tag.

Now duplicate your stock once more, now go to Filter>.Blur>>Gaussian Blur, set it to 1.0 px and then go to Filter>>Distort>>Wave and hit randomize until you get what you like. Set this later to lighten

Bring in your original Stock once more, and now go to Filter>>Brush Strokes>>Spatter. Now go back to your wave fol and randomize until u get what u like.

Now find a nice pattern. and set it to a low opacity and fill. Erase unwanted parts.

Next create a new layer, than apply image. than go to Filter>>Artistic Strokes>>Sprayed Strokes. Than erase unwanted parts, and smudge some of it. Set it to lighten

Next do the same thing once again, but erase almost all of it just save some to fill some empty parts, but the parts you do save make sure you smudge it.

Next apply another image, add a glowing edges filter, erase unwanted parts, and set to lighten at lowered opacity.

Next for some detail add some minor pen tool work, set it to lighten at a low opacity.

Next add some white splatter brushing, and than create a new layer, apply image and create a clipping mask by hitting Ctrl+Alt+G. Move it to your liking.

Next apply another image, do a Wave filter, than Distort>>Ripple 500% erase it with splatter brushes.

Next apply image, and add some angled strokes on different layers, with different settings. Erase unwanted parts, and than merge those layers and go to Filter>>Sharpen.

Next add a selective color adjustment layer, and than on a new layer brush in black to give the tag some depth. Lower the opacity if u have to.

Next add some gradient maps and color balance layers to get the color that you like.

Now on a new layer, apply image once more, and sharpen, fade and erase parts if u have to.

Now add your text, and than apply image on a new layer, and do a small Gaussian Blur, erase if you have to.
