Start off with a new document any size will do although I prefer a medium width with a short length. Fill with an angle gradient.

Grab a c4d render and place it where it'd look good, erase all parts except for the bottom and right hand side.

Use the brush tool and select the soft brush of about the size 17. Brush on a new layer to make a small dot near the bottom and use with a X brush with the smudge settings:

Smudge it upwards so it goes like this:

On a new layer brush again but near the middle of the left and with the same smudge settings smudge it like this:

On another layer do the same thing but with an outer direction so you get this:

I then took a soft brush again and set it to size 120 and made it in the middle on a new layer. Then smudged it outwards so I got this:

Set that layer to soft light at 60%:

Again with a smaller soft brush made it a bit bigger on the brushing dot and made it go side words and got this:

On a new layer do the same thing:

On the brush settings on the brush tool set the scattering to 1000% and brush a little bit on a new layer smudge a bit and you get this:

That's most of the smudging done now moving onto the adjustment layers. I added several of them, 9 to be exact.

After 3 photo filters

I got this:

Then added a color balance

2 gradient maps

(color burn 15% )

(hue 10% )

Added a brightness and contrast

Another photo filter

Another gradient map

( color burn 42% )

Here is the part that makes your sig look good. make a new layer above all the adjustment layers, press Ctrl+Shift+E and then go to Edit>>Transform. Flip horizontal you will now get this:

Set to multiply.

I then added another brightness and contrast layer

Then I made another new layer and stamped the image (Ctrl+Shift+E) I then used the rectangular marquee tool and selected the left side of the sig and hit delete. And changed to color burn and 35%

I don't know why I did this but... I added a straight grey line on a new layer and put it somewhere. This is optional but I did it for the fun of it.

I then added a red lens flare near the bottom on the sig on another new layer which has it's stamped

On another stamped layer (I know loads of them) Filter>>Sharp>>Sharpen set opacity to 30%

I then cur the right half of the sig on another stamped layer and set it to multiply

I then used a light silver color and used the marquee tool. It makes a selection and fill it in a new layer

Set that to soft light on 38%

Added my text (Arial Narrow with the letter widths shortened)

You can add one more final photo filter so you get this
