Photoshop Action Instructions:
- Download the Photoshop action to your computer.
- Run Photoshop . Inside the Actions pallet (Window> Actions), click on the menu button
and select Load Actions .
- Locate and select the action set file
and click Load .
- Open (File> Open or Ctrl/Cmd+O) the image to apply the effect to.
- Select the Color Correction Photoshop action from the Actions palette and click the play button
.
Before We Begin Download the sample photo and open it in Photoshop . If you want to work with one of your own photo, choose a photo that needs color correction.
Step One
Before editing the photo, duplicate the current layer (Ctrl/Cmd+J) so that we have a backup layer with the original image. The first thing we need to do is to identify the average color in the photo. Apply an Average filter (Filter> Blur> Average) on the top layer.

Step Two
To Invert the color, simply use the Invert tool (Image> Adjustments> Invert or Ctrl/Cmd+I). After inverting the color, change the blending mode of the corrent layer to " Color " and reduce the opacity to 50%.
Step Three
After applying the color correction, the photo may look dull. Add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer (Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Hue/Saturation) and increase the saturation .

Step Four
To tweak the color, select the middle layer and use the Hue/Saturation tool (Image> Adjustments> Hue/Saturation or Ctrl/Cmd+U) to adjust the hue. Move the hue input slider left for a warmer tone or to the right for a cooler tone.

Tips for Better Results
If the photo contains gray areas such as cement, create a selection of the cement before applying the Average filter. Then, use the eye dropper tool to select the color inside the selection and use the paint bucket tool to fill the layer with the selected color.
